LOCATION
- Remote (up to 80% travel)
- Preferred markets are Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Tennessee
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Serve as the primary resource for all Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) during the launch phase for markets and shops.
- Provide guidance and coaching to General Managers (GMs) and hourly employees to instill and reinforce standard practices
- Acquire proficiency in all essential standards for operations and ensure compliance through teaching and monitoring.
- Oversee the 16 20-week preparation and launch process for mass expansion in markets
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations or Learning / Development
- Experienced in both store-level and director-level communication
- QSR experience preferred / Food Safety Experience preferred
- Experience supporting implementation / transformation of projects
- Organized / understand timeline and deadlines
