Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at GreenMile Logistics Inc. located in La Porte, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer satisfaction, account management, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and account management
- Strong customer service skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry is a MUST
- Knowledge of the Port of Houston
