Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Research, analyze, and interpret laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court, hearings, and negotiations.
- Stay updated on changes in the legal field and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and offer guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the relevant state bar association.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in legal software and technology.
