DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR!

The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates, and employees. We have worked with our current client for years and they are looking for an Automotive Account Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity based out of their Downriver, Mi. location.

Automotive Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

Develop and build client relationships and also determine where the current accounts can grow
Work with internal teams to plan the prompt delivery of goods and services to meet customer requirements
Understand client needs, preferences, and goals to provide tailored solutions and support.
Develop an understanding for the companies products and applications within the automotive industry
Address client concerns and resolve any issues to maintain positive relationships
Anticipate customer needs and market demands, stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
Responsible for order entry and fulfillment
Track and manage project timelines to ensure success
Help the primary point of contact for particular automobile consumers, establishing enduring bonds built on dependability and trust
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.

Day shift Monday Friday 8am-5pm

Base Pay: $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience

Automotive Account Coordinator Requirements:

Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
