***Business Manager / Hybrid Schedule / Renton, WA******This Resource Will Be Required To Work Onsite 3 Days Per week***Work Location: Hybrid Schedule - Hybrid to Renton, WA. 3 days onsite a week. Must be flexible with work schedule to allow coordination with global teams. May be early meetings with teams in EU or Asia. Not uncommon to have days between 6am-3pm PST.TopRequired SkillsAbility to communicate and give updates/presentation to high level executives on progress of application rolloutExperience supporting the end customers' adoption/implementation in new application, tool, or process.Experience working with customers, vendors, and different business units. Must be proactive in communication and focused on getting the job done.The RoleThe Business Manager will act as the subject matter expert and the liaison between the company's dealerships and corporate during the rollout and adoption of a new supply chain and order management tool. They will be responsible for learning and understanding this application and it's processes to work with dealerships on their learning and adoption of the tool. They'll troubleshoot any issues that the end customer may have, determine its root cause and work with the appropriate parties to solve the challenge.
