Job DescriptionII.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Provides technical support for customer base.Assists customers in interpretation of product specifications and test methods.Makes determination as to product/application problems prior to engineering involvement.Owns customer facing day-to-day communication representing Nidec Liquid cooling design team in JapanDefines action items and manages daily activity with the Japan R&D location(CTL).Writes and implements E.C.O.'s when required.Identifies and maintains a Key Engineering contact list for the region. Periodically contacts the individuals directly.Aggressively pursues sample feedback directly with customer engineering groups.Regularly conducts TRM (Technical Roadmap Meeting) with key customers with full ownershipIII.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONSPerforms other related duties as required.Responsible for adherence to company safe work practices, safety regulations and good housekeeping.Responsible for adherence to company EEO policies.Provides input to competitive benchmarking database.Submit weekly reports summarizing the key activities and program development statusIV.
