Core responsibilities


Sales support assistance:

o Able to run annuity & life insurance illustrations with online software per sales requests

o Track activity in CRM

o Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients for Planning Directors


Financial Professional communication:

o Able to communicate via phone, zoom or email directly with clients

o Work with clients to ensure their licensing is compliant to submit business

  • Onboard new clients

o Develop rapport and familiarity with clients


Event scheduling:

o Coordinate with Planning Directors in identifying regional venues

o Track invite lists and assist with outbound calling and emails for invite or confirmations


Application Assist support:

o Understand the digital application entry systems for annuity and life insurance

o Troubleshoot common errors

o Ability to video conference with clients and walk them through software


Candidate required skills

  • Time Management and prioritization
  • Able to manage short and long term tasks and meet expected turn around times
  • Effective communication both verbal and written
  • Experienced with Office product suite Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Ability to track activity and communication in CRM
  • Self-sufficient problem solver can use available resources to find solutions
  • Experience or curiosity for financial planning Able to obtain an insurance license with 6 months
  • Desire to expand industry knowledge
