This is a position for a working Sales Manager. One who can roll up their sleeves and get involved in each salespersons success, including coaching, goal management, ride a longs and an effective transfer of sales knowledge.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Recruit, hire, educate and train sales reps.
* Drive daily activity management of the Sales team.
* Coach and develop sales reps through demonstration, observation and feedback.
* Increase customer and revenue base by targeting and acquiring new customers and retaining and growing existing customers.
* Exceed daily, weekly and monthly team sales objectives.
* Manage operational function of the local sales office and report key metrics to branch manager, sales vice president and other executive levels within the organization.
* Ability to travel overnight required.
**The ideal candidate will possess:**
* Minimum 3+ years managing a sales team, with proven leadership success.
* Proven and verifiable cold calling success to SMBs.
* Strong working knowledge of digital and social media products.
* Proven and verifiable success in meeting and exceeding team goals.
* Online media sales experience preferred.
* Aggressive and savvy sales mentality.
* Inside and outside sales experience.
* Is proven of high character and integrity.
* Bachelors degree with track record of strong academic/professional performance.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
