One of FLB Next Recruit Group client (a prominent law firm) specializing in diverse commercial real estate practices is currently seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate for its Miami office. The ideal candidate will contribute to a broad range of activities including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing of both operational properties and new developments.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage all phases of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing.
- Work on the development of operating properties and ground-up projects.
- Assist with condominium projects; previous experience in this area while preferred, is not a requirement.
- Provide direct support and legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are effectively met.
- Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a recognized law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
- Demonstrated ability to interact directly with clients and manage substantial caseloads.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior involvement with condominium projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
