POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Global Mobility Manager, the International Personnel Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating logistics for the deployment of personnel in and out of countries worldwide.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate personnel movement in and out of various countries
* Scheduling/managing flights
* Arrange hotel accomodations
* Arrange ground transportation
* Create crew manifests and distribute to the appropriate individuals
* Interact closely with various stakeholders including coworkers, company leadership, clients, industry associates, and third-party vendors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
* Bilingual required, fluent in English and Spanish
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to perform basic mathematical skills
* Experience in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
* Experience operating standard office equipment
* Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment under presssure, maintain honesty and integrity, and have great time management skills
* Must be willing to work nights and weekends
