Salary starting at $95,000.00 based on experience
**Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:**
* Manage all Front Office, Maintenance and Housekeeping Operations.
* Develop and Manage Capital Expenditure Budgets.
* Work with management team to create and implement the business plan.
* Work closely with the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day-to-day operation.
* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to the staff.
**Requirements:**
* Must always maintain a professional appearance and a high service standard.
* Able to prioritize while remaining flexible to complete urgent requests.
* Ability to handle guest complaints.
* Must be Relocatable- as this position is designed to be a GM in training position with placement as GM within 24 months
* Must be willing to travel for taskforce opportunities
* Previous food and beverage management experience
* Previous hotel experience with an emphasis on a lifestyle or luxury property
* Flexible schedule to include; days, nights, weekends, and holidays
* Financial savvy/Business acumen
* Creative/forward thinker, adaptable to change
* Bachelors degree in hospitality or business management preferred, but not required
* Previous Hilton experience preferred, but not required
* Previous experience in Rooms Department including font office, housekeeping, and engineering
