THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Customer Services/Office Manageryou will work collaboratively with internal teams to WOW our customers, both internal and external by building meaningful relationships with them and passionately driving to exceed their expectations. We are looking for a result-oriented associate with amazing organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks at once and provide service interdepartmentally as well as to our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

This position will be the lead on answering phones, responsible for the accurate and timely answering of incoming calls, manage order entry, and support Customer Success. Proactive, problem solving and issue resolution, all while responding timely to customer requests.

A typical day for Customer Service Rep may include:

* Responding to customers in a prompt, pleasant and professional manner

* Manage all sample requests from sales and operations team

* Manage general customer inquiry desk

* Manage all Single Face Supply orders and quoting to customers

* Assists Customer Success team in entering and reviewing purchase orders

* Operates multi line telephone system to answer and route incoming calls

* Takes, delivers messages, or transfers calls where appropriate

* Answers questions regarding organization, customer product information, returns, certificates, etc

* Respond to customers communication (voice/email/fax, etc) within 24 hours from receipt through proper channels.

* Answering customer questions on pricing, order minimums, lead times, freight and logistics, and customer sample requests/opportunities

* Provide/update documentation for internal departments when requested

* Understand and support Pregis Quality Policy

* Working within established policies and guidelines to provide timely and accurate price quotes and freight options to account managers on the outside sales team

* Knowledge of products, processes, and departmental policies

* Working with the Customer Success Manager to assist in developing departmental policies and procedures; maintain documented procedures to support internal ISO requirements

* Generate monthly reporting to Customer Success Manager

Secondary accountability items:

* Welcomes on-site visitors and facilitates all on-site meetings

* Manage all on-site services

* Create customer presentations and facility tour information

* Manage conference room schedules and interoffice calendars

* Enforce and ensure proper PPE materials are available for all visitors and ensure safety procedures are followed.

* Produce and distribute correspondence to office/facilities Organize travel arrangements for leadership team, if applicable

* Complete admin requests from leadership team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Associates or BS in Business Administration or related field preferred (Associates or Four-Year Degree Preferred)

* Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices

* Excellent computer skills including MS Office; ability to manage and analyze large data sets and build customer reports in MS Excel

* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

* Strong organizational and planning skills

* Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills; a bility to solve problems across multiple disciplines internally and externally

* Ensure all processes and key measurable are adhered to

* SAP experience is preferred

* Can do, helpful attitude
