Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy
Ensure adherence to budgeting guidelines and prepare financial reports
Increase occupancy by leasing apartments and overseeing onsite activities
Evaluate financial performance and implement solutions as needed
Build and maintain a cohesive team focused on achieving property goals
Monitor resident satisfaction and address any issues promptly
Physically inspect the community daily to maintain standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Director
Experience with Real Page property software is a plus
Experience with A-Class, high-end luxury properties is required.
Proven experience managing large multifamily properties.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large staff effectively.
Strong background in Accounting/Finance
Proficiency in MS Office Word/Excel
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive, motivating, and team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Hours of Work:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Occasional Saturday work may be required
On-call availability 24 hours

Physical Requirements:

Extensive mobility and good physical condition
Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
Effective communication with residents, staff, vendors, etc.
