SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Assists the Regional Accounting Director in daily operations of the Accounting Center, communicates with tenants, visitors, staff, and vendors. Answers the phone and takes written messages, processes mail, make bank deposits, maintains office organization, proficient in Microsoft excel and word, enforces policies in a manner consistent with company policy, and keeps the reception area neat.

KNOWLEDGE
- Policies and Regulations Knowledge of company polices, federal, state and local laws, and Fair Housing guidelines that pertain to the project.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience working with people of various backgrounds.
- Demonstrated knowledge on Microsoft Office programs such as WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK are essential. MRI software knowledge a plus
- Ability to handle a large number of projects at once and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION
High School Graduate or GED required.
Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00/hour
