Overview:
Beckfield College is seeking a dedicated Nursing Faculty Member to join our team. This role involves teaching, curriculum development, and student advising, ensuring high standards in nursing education in line with our department s mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging course content for both classroom and clinical settings, adhering to the curriculum and accreditation requirements.
- Provide academic and career advising to students, including developing remediation plans for at-risk students.
- Participate actively in faculty and administrative meetings, contributing to budget planning and faculty recruitment.
- Serve on college and department committees, aiding in program evaluations and accreditation processes.
- Maintain a weekly teaching load comprising classroom and clinical instruction, with a commitment to professional and educational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Nursing required.
- Valid RN license in Kentucky and/or Ohio.
- Minimum two years clinical RN experience; teaching experience preferred.
- Current healthcare provider CPR certification.
- Physical ability to perform nursing duties.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
