Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level technical support to end-users, swiftly addressing inquiries related to hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, either remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals for employees.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement within the department.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all levels of employees, including customers, peers, and leadership.
  • Create, maintain, and update documentation and checklists to ensure efficiency and consistency in operations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of technical support experience in a professional setting.
  • Willingness to travel to other sites and work after hours when necessary.
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction, demonstrated through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve business problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in M365, Windows Server and Desktop OS s, VMWare ESX, Horizon View, HyperV, Azure, InTune, and SQL Server.
  • Experience managing and supporting enterprise technology solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies.
  • Familiarity with asset management and deploying, implementing, and managing 3rd party antivirus/anti-malware software.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity and PCI Compliance preferred.
