Job Details
Hours: 3PM - 11PM & 11PM - 7AM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $17/hr
You will play a vital role in the production process by ensuring that finished products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Package finished products according to specifications provided by the production team.
* Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company standards.
* Label and palletize packaged products for storage and shipment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
* Assist with inventory management by accurately recording packaged products and materials used.
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and problem-solving.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic math skills for measuring and counting packaged products.
* Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
