QUALIFICATIONS :**

- AAS Diesel Technology, Ag Mechanization or other degree OR equivalent experience

- Minimum 5 years of Farm Equipment Service experience with any brand

- Solid ability to motivate and lead a team of Service Technicians; prior Service Management experience preferred

- Excellent communication skills including written and interpersonal skills

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel as well as other Internet applications

**JOB DESCRIPTION :**Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a Progressive Farm Equipment Dealer seeking a Service Manager for one of their central Nebraska service departments. Employer offers Competitive Base Salary plus Incentive Bonus plus Excellent Fringe Benefits. Relocation Assistance is a possibility.

Primary role will be to manage all Service Operations for the location to optimize return on investment for the dealership. Expectation will be to provide excellent quality service to customers, implement efficient, effective service processes and standards as well as increasing service sales. This Service Manager will assume responsibility for all labor sales, staffing and budgets for the Service department for this location. Other responsibility to include:

- Hiring, training, developing and scheduling Service Technicians according to their current skill and knowledge level

- Communicating and monitoring efficient and effective Service Department processes to ensure both external and internal customer satisfaction

- Review all customer work orders for accuracy and completeness before final billing

- Promote and facilitate a customer satisfaction program to maintain and enhance customer relationships

- Increase dealership shop demand and grow Service Department

- Execute and monitor monthly department marketing plan and achievement of departmental goals

- Ensure all department equipment, tools and vehicles are in good working order

- Setting and reaching departmental goals and budget

- Making sure all service warranty and other claims are submitted within required timeframe to receive maximum credit allowed
