Job Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as entry-level manufacturing machine operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues or defects.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Inspect finished product to ensure they meet quality standards utilizing provided gauges.
- Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
