We are looking for a Creative Director to join our Studios Team on the Precision Sports and Technology platform. The Studios Team is building the future of sim golf. We craft next-gen experiences for pro players and weekend hackers alike. Our immersive simulations go beyond traditional play; we offer rich content for entertainment, game improvement, and skills-based wagering. We make sim golf more fun.
This position reports to the Head of Digital Studio and is based in San Diego, CA.
As the Creative Director, you will have an opportunity to:
- Lead and develop a team of UX/UI designers focused on crafting next-gen sim golf experiences.
- Drive the holistic design and user experience across our website and digital platforms, making them a benchmark for innovation and user engagement in the golf tech industry.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Engage directly with our audience to understand their needs and tailor experiences that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
- Champion a culture of design excellence within Foresight Studios, emphasizing the importance of beautiful, impactful visual and interactive design.
You have: - Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding creative projects from conception through to execution, even under tight deadlines or with constrained resources.
- Extensive experience in spearheading the design of high-quality products and services.
- Superior skills in visual, user interface, motion, and interactive design.
- A keen eye for exceptional design, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep passion for the art of design.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent, with a deep understanding of design systems and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in nurturing and growing design talent.
- A background in gaming or sports technology is highly desirable, with a personal or professional interest in golf being a significant plus.
Pay Range:$202,100.00 - $325,500.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
