Early Shift: Mon Fri: 06:00 14:30
Late Shift: Mon Fri: 1 4:30 23:00 (normally 13:30 22:00)
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop for your allocated shift.
Supervise team members and provide assistance and guidance as required.
Help plan, monitor and distribute work load.
Work closely with the Service Manager, Workshop Controller and Service Reception in order to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that the needs of the customers are met.
Responsible for ensuring Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to in the workshop.
A flexible approach to work commitments will be required in order to meet the demands of the job.
Must have excellent communication skills.
