Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Supervising Pharmacist located in Brooklyn, NY. As a Supervising Pharmacist, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the pharmacy and ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines. Your duties will include managing and supervising a team of pharmacy staff, ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications, providing patient counseling and education, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Qualifications
- PharmD degree or equivalent
- Active pharmacist license in the state of New York
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and technology
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Required language proficiency: English & Russian
