* Handle all internet inquiries and phone leads via text, call, and email
* Complete quality follow-up attempts with customers
* Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
* Providing helpful and accurate information in terms of pricing and purchase agreements with assistance of sales manager
* Proactive outbound prospecting to previous service and sales customers to generate fresh traffic.
* Nurture long lasting relationships with customers
