We are seeking outstanding team members who:
- Have at least 5 years of experience
- Own a standard set of tools to perform all of their skills/trades
- Take pride in their work and deliver consistent results
- Are able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers
- Ability to scope and estimate small projects
- Must have their own vehicle to travel between different office locations within the Hampton Roads area
Skills required:- Drywall and painting repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Small lighting installations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- General upkeep/maintenance of office sites
