* Conduct standard screening (s) for each visitor and patient

* Assure adherence to current visitor policies

* Register visitors in *VisiTrak* tracking program

* Direct visitors in accordance with current guidelines

* Work cooperatively with the Patient Concierge

* Round in Lobby to assure the patient and visitor needs are being met

* Maintain clean, orderly work station and lobby area

* Provide customer service support for visitors and patients

* Other duties as assigned Screen all visitors

* High School Diploma or GED.

* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Basic computer skills
