John Marshall Bank has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our team of qualified professionals. This person will perform traditional paying and receiving teller functions with accuracy while providing exceptional service to each and every customer. This person will respond to customer service inquiries with a major emphasis on performing account opening and maintenance functions. Excellent cash-handling skills and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities also include customer communications, compiling memos and reports, answering phones, filing and promoting the Bank's products and services including fulfilling sales goals.

Flexibility in traveling to branches within the bank's footprint, as needed
May be required to lift and carry up to 30 pounds in the form of computer paper, cash drawer, or other items
Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time
Ability to operate on-line terminal and other standard office equipment including a calculator/adding machine
Exhibit a strong sense of honesty and integrity
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Prior cash handling experience required (minimum six months)
Prior new account experience with financial institutions preferred
College Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred
