Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. It is these tech teams that enable us to extract patterns through AI and Machine Learning and deliver our insights via APIs. In short, they turn complex data into magical experiences with cutting-edge technology.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in two significant areas for Stats Perform. First, you will support our sales efforts in expanding our media products in the USA by providing the sales team with the necessary tools, information, and content to sell more effectively. You will be actively involved directly presenting to clients.

Secondly, you will be responsible for the digital advertising growth within the product team. This will involve identifying and developing key third-party partnerships to enhance and expand our product offerings in the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) market, utilizing our premium sports data across all sports. You will collaborate closely with the tech, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product features are in line with customer needs and market trends. Your drive for success, forward-looking attitude, and 'get stuff done' approach will be crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales enablement strategies that equip our media sales team in the USA with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively market and sell our media products.
  • Take ownership and become the subject matter expert in digital advertising within the product team
  • Lead the creation and implementation of our global Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) strategy, leveraging premium sports data and content across all sports.
  • Work closely with the tech, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our DOOH and media product features align with evolving customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions and workshops for the sales team, enhancing their product knowledge and presentation skills for direct client engagements.
  • Craft compelling sales materials and product documentation that articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our media products.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance and market feedback to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement within our product line.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance product visibility and adoption in the market.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement tools and strategies, making data-driven decisions to refine and optimize our approach to market.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in sales enablement strategies and tools, with a proven ability to empower sales teams
  • Great presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of Digital Advertisement and especially Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, including key players, software, market, content creation, distribution strategies, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging sports data and data feeds to develop compelling media products and advertisements.
  • Good knowledge of the product development lifecycle
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with tech, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive product solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, persuasive sales materials and conduct impactful product presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to define, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement and DOOH initiatives, driving continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Background in digital marketing strategies, especially in content creation and distribution for out-of-home media.
  • Knowledge of current trends and technologies in the digital out-of-home advertising market.
  • Great sports knowledge across Soccer, Basketball, Football, Rugby, Cricket, Baseball
