Peak Partners has a client who is a well-established Boutique Maryland law firm in search of an Estate and Trusts attorney with Special Needs Planning experience. The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong Estates and Trusts practice and who can work autonomously and help a retiring partner manage their client base.
Job Description:
- Seven plus (7+) years of experience practicing trusts and estates law including Special Needs Planning.
- Ability to draft both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents which incorporate estate and income tax planning including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
- Proven experience in tailoring planning solutions to accommodate individuals with diverse wealth profiles.
- Demonstrated client relationship skills including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree and Juris Doctorate required.
- Minimum seven (7) years practicing law with a focus on Estates and Trusts.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Maryland.
