Description

The Single Family Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities. This position will be at the forefront of vendor relations and managing third-party vendor activities, as well as, in-house technicians. The position will provide administrative support to directors, technicians, owners, and residents in regard to maintenance tasks and work orders.

Responsibilities

Ensuring work orders are responded to promptly and can be closed in a timely manner
Communicate with vendors, tenants, and owners about work orders
Be the point of contact for all open work order inquiries
Use company software to efficiently assign and manipulate work orders
Schedule and coordinate all work orders with techs and vendors
Foster good communication with Portfolio Managers and assist with property needs
Be knowledgeable of spending limits for properties
Execute all billing of work orders and meet financial goals

Qualifications

Proven experience as a coordinator or customer service position, including experience in single-family and multi-family property management environments
Strong organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of local housing provisions and federal fair housing laws
Proficiency in computer systems and software used in leasing and property management
