Time: Part-time with potential for full-time role


Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to track and manage marketing projects. We are based in Northern California, have a significant presence in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska on hundreds of farms, and are ready to expand our online marketing presence as we build a next generation AgTech company. The ideal candidates will have proven track records of success in marketing in the agriculture industry, specifically crops or livestock, and experience managing social media. You will be working closely with our executive team and external resources including copywriter and graphic designer. We are a fast-paced startup, growing rapidly, run by a small but highly efficient team that is focused on revitalizing nutrients in food, our precious soil, and reducing water and input usage.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate marketing projects to ensure timely execution and success, maintaining alignment with our broader strategic goals.
  • Work with product and sales teams to fine-tune our messaging
  • Lead social media management through content creation, engagement, and scheduling.
  • Provide monthly reports on performance across marketing channels (Website, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, ensuring approaches are aligned with our key audience across social media channels.


Qualifications:

  • You can write and write well.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills as you will be working in a very interactive team environment.
  • Experience managing and growing social media presence.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Social Media Scheduling Tools, Figma, etc.)
  • Computer skills are required including experience with Google and Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, CRM systems, and G-suite)
  • Self-starter: Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving skills essential for thriving in a dynamic startup environment, with the ability to independently manage tasks and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Attention to detail; you strive for excellence in everything that you do.
