Out client is seeking an organized and experienced Industrial and Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of assets spanning 100,000 square feet. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of property management principles, with a focus on maximizing the value of industrial and commercial properties while ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a 100,000 sq ft portfolio of industrial and commercial properties.
• Oversee tenant relations, lease administration, and financial management.
• Coordinate property maintenance, risk management, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for asset enhancement and strategic development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in property management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
