Field Service Engineer

Our client, a prominent Graphics Arts Capital Equipment Dealer servicing 19 States and based in the Midwest, They are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer dedicated to installing and repairing cutters and routers die-cutting equipment. This role is crucial, and the employer offers top-tier compensation and benefits package. A valid passport and residence near a major airport are required. Experience with Zund, Colex or Kongsberg equipment a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair digital finishing equipment onsite.
• Troubleshoot and provide support in various field environments.
• Complete installation and service paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Provide phone support to customers for issue resolution.
• Ensure timely resolution and documentation of service-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, including experience with large format flatbed routers, and die-cutters.
• Availability for extensive domestic and international travel.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and US Passport.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and dedication to customer satisfaction.
