We are seeking an independently licensed therapist- LCSW, LMFT, LPC for days - full or part-time positions, with a flexible schedule in our Chesapeake, Virginia, location.
Schedule:
On-site or Hybrid (Combination of On-site - Telehealth)
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
- Clear and active license in the state of Virginia.
- Two years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to clients.
- Experience with Families and Couples Therapy
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Experience with children or adolescents is a plus.
- Experience with organizing and running groups.
