We are looking for a qualified Sales Representative to join our team.

lnterpac Technologies, Inc. offers food packaging and co-manufacturing company solutions,

blending, distribution services and warehousing for wet and dry goods. The Sales

Representative is responsible for establishing, maintaining positive business and customer

relationships. The Sales Representative is also responsible for supply management with reports

on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products

and services.

The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and

prospective customers

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their

needs

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The minimum qualifications for education and experience can be met in the following way:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Five or more years sales experience in the Food & Packaging Industry with a

comprehensive, specialized knowledge of manufacturing products, customer

requirements and competitive market.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High degree of relationship building skills.

Ability to modify communication and presentation style to relate to a variety of people

and personalities.

Strong negotiating and presentation skills.

Self-starter and able to work independently.

Organizational skills-ability to balance competing priorities.

Must be able to maintain good attendance.

Be willing to work overtime if needed.

Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment.

Sales driven with a confident Can Do attitude.

Must be able to work in both a team and independent environment.

Computer skills-proven ability to use multiple software programs to perform daily tasks.
