*Director of Nursing (DON) Expectations:*
* Oversight of all nursing operations for our post-acute care and long-term care facility.
* Establish objectives and long-term goals and training for the healthcare team.
* Ensure the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
* Evaluate resident care as related to individualized resident needs, family involvement and the physician s plan of care for the resident.

*Requirements:*
* Valid state license(s)
* Strong healthcare background
* Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
* Reliable transportation
