Syracuse Arts Academy also offers a full benefits package to those who qualify.Qualifications and Skills:Must have education experiencePreference given for a valid Utah Administrative license.Preference given for Administrative experience.Prior teaching experience is preferred.Leadership experience with demonstrated exemplary results and experience with program development.Strong project and staff management experience.Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Clear and compelling communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and planning skills.Adept at analyzing data to improve student and staff achievement.Ability to communicate the principles of organizational success.Knowledge in fundraising & grant writingTechnology literateThe ability to develop and maintain positive community relations.Goal orientedQualified candidates must submit for and pass a background check in accordance with Utah's Department of Public Safety requirements.Syracuse Arts Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
