Business Development Manager - Northeast Region
A cutting edge biotech is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team. My client is a well-funded biotech expanding access to genomic technology at the forefront of NGS, single-cell multi-omics. They utilizes array-based solutions for DNA, RNA, and protein analysis serve as tools for disease research, drug development, and the development of molecular tests in the clinic.
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate business and engage with key opinion leaders to build new business for the company targeting cancer researchers in the North East region, whilst nurturing existing relationships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' sales/BD experiences in the Life Sciences space
- 3+ years' or equivalent of proven life science capital sales experience
- Minimum of B.S. Degree in Cell Biology or related field
- Knowledge of NGS and related molecular/genomics technologies
- Experience in a capital sales strategic selling environment
- Work remotely, out of a Home office, >50% travel required
