Manager of Operations and Events
Chabad of Cobb, a dynamic Jewish organization in East Cobb, Marietta has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager of Operations and Events. This position will allow you to use your organizational, customer service, computer, and creative skills on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative
Website updates
Office email and phone
Pay bills
Data entry QuickBooks
Database CRM updates
Events/Social Media
You will have the opportunity to coordinate, plan and execute a diverse range of events including:
Coordinate promotions of events
Social media coordination and updates
Oversee set up for events
Coordinate weekly community lunch
Keep master event calendar for Bar and Bas Mitzvah, Hebrew school, teen events, community programs, adult education, women s programs, school and camp
Coordinate with Bar and Bas mitzvah families
Customer service
Liaise with vendors
Operations
Oversee cleaning and maintenance crews
Oversee supply tracking and ordering
Building compliance including coordination with various county officials and licensure reviews
Knowledge and Skills:
Organizational ability and time management skills
Enjoy wearing different hats and switching gears many times throughout the day
Communication skills ability to communicate professionally in person, phone, email
Attention to detail while being pro-active
Knowledge of Judaism is not a requirement
