This Australian owned and operated retailer has been established for over 90 years. They are passionate about providing Australian families with fun, fresh and colorful basics whilst delivering amazing customer service.
We are looking for a strong retail manager to lead their Mandurah store! Join a fun and upbeat retail environment, with solid support and guidance from a stable retail brand.
**About the Job Role:**
Mentor and develop your team with a hands-on approach, driving them to achieve success in a warm and friendly environment. Continue to develop your own skills by understanding how to manage a fast paced store to influence commercial performance. You will work a set roster of Tuesday to Saturday with a bonus long weekend on offer every month. Brilliant for those retail leaders looking for a work/life balance.
**What you will need:**
* Passion to lead and inspire your team to achieve kpis
* Management experience in a fast paced environment
* Strong visual merchandising skills
* Stock control within a large stock volume retail space
* Passion for customer service
* Highly sought SOR location
