Position Summary:

As a Senior Scientist/ Principal Scientist specializing in cell therapy, you will lead innovative discovery research efforts within our dynamic team. Leveraging our established GMP manufacturing and clinical development capabilities, you will spearhead the design, optimization, and nomination of cutting-edge T-cell candidates. Your work will be instrumental in advancing our portfolio towards clinical application, driving impactful breakthroughs in cellular therapies.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of T-cell candidates using in vitro and in vivo assays.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to advance lead candidates towards clinical application.
  • Utilize expertise in CAR-T cell biology, production, and design principles to drive research strategy.
  • Develop and implement functional assays, including IncuCyte, eSight, RTCA, ELISA, MSD, and multicolor flow cytometry.
  • Employ in vivo mouse models for preclinical evaluation of candidate therapies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of research protocols.


Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in CAR-T related immunology fields.
  • Proficiency in functional assays and data analysis tools such as FlowJo, Excel, and GraphPad.
  • Deep understanding of CAR-T cell biology, production, and design principles.
  • Expertise in developing and utilizing in vivo mouse models for preclinical evaluation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of immune-oncology and cellular therapy principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of protocol optimization.


Educational Requirement:

  • Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or related field with a focus on CAR-T research.
