Job Details

An investment services organization is eagerly searching for their next stellar Administrative Assistant to support their team in New York.

Executive support:

  • Primary administrative assistant for two co-founders, on both business and personal
    • Calendaring
    • Ad hoc projects
    • Travel and expenses
    • Help manage phone calls/email

Administrative:

  • Team acts as pooled resource for any/every department;
    • Document management
    • Projects
    • Coordination
  • Help process expenses
  • Assist in planning events
  • Reception coverage as needed; Manage incoming calls, visitors and meetings, deliveries and mail

Office/facilities:

  • Help with visitors, onsite meetings, deliveries
  • Help stock/maintain office, pantry, conference rooms, common areas

Qualifications:

  • Sharp ability to prioritize time sensitive tasks
  • Familiarity with booking travel and managing expenses
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative capacity in a corporate setting
  • Must be a team player, seeing no task as too small to support
  • Familiarity with Executive level support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
