An investment services organization is eagerly searching for their next stellar Administrative Assistant to support their team in New York.
Executive support:
- Primary administrative assistant for two co-founders, on both business and personal
- Calendaring
- Ad hoc projects
- Travel and expenses
- Help manage phone calls/email
Administrative:
- Team acts as pooled resource for any/every department;
- Document management
- Projects
- Coordination
- Help process expenses
- Assist in planning events
- Reception coverage as needed; Manage incoming calls, visitors and meetings, deliveries and mail
Office/facilities:
- Help with visitors, onsite meetings, deliveries
- Help stock/maintain office, pantry, conference rooms, common areas
Qualifications:
- Sharp ability to prioritize time sensitive tasks
- Familiarity with booking travel and managing expenses
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative capacity in a corporate setting
- Must be a team player, seeing no task as too small to support
- Familiarity with Executive level support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
