  • Essential Functions
  • Manage all aspects of hourly hiring, including coordinating hiring activities, marketing efforts, and onsite interviews
  • Handle resume and interview packet distribution, organize plant tours for interviewers, and send offer packets to approved candidates
  • Maintain and update ATS for hourly positions, oversee new hire paperwork and onboarding processes, and support virtual and in-person job fairs
  • Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on opening statuses and collaborate with the onsite Temp Team for hourly associate conversions
  • Manage the posting of Apprenticeship positions on specific external job boards and MAU job websites
  • Communicate with applicants and provide instructions and paperwork for placement testing
  • Create and maintain a tracking matrix for candidates completing placement tests and track results
  • Notify unsuccessful candidates post-placement testing and invite successful candidates to onsite Mechanical Aptitude tests
  • Manage rejection notifications post-Mechanical Aptitude tests and coordinate interviews for eligible candidates
  • Collaborate with onsite training and HR teams to select top candidates and extend Apprenticeship offers
  • Handle offer letters and rejection notifications, and coordinate new hire paperwork, drug testing, medical testing, background checks, and onboarding activities for accepted apprentice candidates
  • Participate in weekly and monthly staffing meetings
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
