Feedfeed is looking to add a part-time freelance Influencer Marketing Assistant to the team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the food and influencer space, keeping up on the latest news and able to identify up-and-coming influencers. As the Influencer Marketing Assistant at Feedfeed, you must be passionate, organized, dedicated, and have a willingness to learn and grow. Working closely with the Director of Influencer Marketing and Coordinator, you ll provide support and help scale Feedfeed s influencer campaign offerings. Candidates must be available during the work day to be considered and have access to their own laptop. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to enter the influencer marketing space. This is a hybrid position in Los Angeles, CA.


The Feedfeed team currently works remotely, with the exception of in-office Wednesdays from our DTLA location. Lunch, office snacks, and coffee/tea from a local shop is provided. This role will also require in-office time for packing influencer boxes, attending events, client meetings, and possibly limited travel, on an as-needed basis.


The anticipated compensation for this role will be $20 - $25/hr. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Director of Influencer Marketing and Coordinator for influencer campaigns
  • Input all campaign metrics into results tracker/influencer platform
  • Draft contracts for influencers
  • Use influencer platform and native social platforms to build out Feedfeed database of influencers
  • Engaging with influencer posts on client campaigns
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Show interest in and willingness to understand reporting and social media metrics
  • Show interest in and willingness to develop relationships with influencers and ultimately clients.
  • Commit to furthering individual industry knowledge and professional growth & development


Required Skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented work style
  • Ability to work quickly, but accurately against deadlines
  • Strong knowledge or interest in the influencer and social landscape


Preferred Experience

  • Previous agency or related industry experience (internships, etc.)
  • Knowledge of and experience using Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • A working knowledge of G Suite, Google Meet, Slack, Asana, and/or other tools and technology
