What you'll do...

Digital Product is looking for Product Manager to lead User Profile focused on driving forward new and existing experiences to improve customer convenience within the Digital Product space, focused on customer profile experiences throughout their entire journey. The team is looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager who enjoys innovation, willing to make decisions improving a customer s digital presence by determining what information is related to the customer s account.

This role reports to Marc Richardson, www.linkedin.com/in/marc-richardson-24213342 Senior Product Group Manager for Customer Journey, Integrated Services at Ford Motor Company supporting all markets globally (over 60+ countries), this includes account, registration, profile, connectivity, and messaging.

The User Profile PM will be responsible for defining roadmap, managing the product, enhancing existing and new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvements across the enterprise, analyzing data, coordinating with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and other product managers to fulfill the vision. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, will have an ability to operate strategically, deliberately, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.

  • Work with product and platform teams who prioritize features for the next planning interval (PI) planning cycle.

  • Assist with product communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers during feature definition and delivery.

  • Effectively present and communicate delivery plans, statuses, risks and key decisions within product teams and with Senior leadership on a regular basis.

  • Obtain customer feedback and conduct customer research.

  • Plan, discover, design, scope, test and deploy features by working with your TRIAD to gather detailed requirements.

  • Face off with external teams and own the requirement gathering, pairing with PMs, and TPMs when needed.

  • Own the Customer value aspects of the roadmap and tying the roadmap to the Customer Journey vision.

  • Facilitation of PI Planning and Reporting on Status. Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity.

  • Manage a diverse roadmap recommending tradeoff decisions for product investments.

  • Understand, visualize, and manage upstream/downstream dependencies.

  • Managing weekly, and monthly product/business reporting.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines / technologies / processes as a Product Manager, Program Manager, DevOps or similar discipline.

  • 3+ years of product management experience working in a fast-paced, environment where priorities shift on a regular basis.

  • 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced agile environment using creative problem-solving skills to make decisions.

  • 3+ years experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

  • 3+ years experience with end-to-end product delivery.

  • 3+ years experience in front-end customer experience products.

  • 3+ years experience managing a complex backlog with many stakeholders.

  • Experience working with global, multi-lingual products.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

  • Firm grasp of capacity-based planning

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership.

  • Excellent business judgment and demonstrated ability to think and act both strategically and tactically.

  • Self-starter who is customer obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 .
