Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Costa Custom Boats in Clearwater, FL. The Production Manager will oversee and manage daily production activities related to boat manufacturing, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained. The Production Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and delivery of high-quality products.
Qualifications
- Experience in boat manufacturing and production management
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
- Ability to manage and optimize resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when necessary
- Knowledge of CAD and ERP software is beneficial
