This entry-level Production Associate position will help you stay in shape and offers lots of training and cross-training opportunities.
A door manufacturing company is growing their production team! In this position, you will learn each step of the door production process as you help ready products for shipment.
This is a full-time temp-to-hire job that offers a career track for employees who want to learn different skills and earn higher pay. The more you learn, the more you can earn!
They also have compressed schedules so you can earn a full-time paycheck in just 3 to 4 days. And if you want to earn a bigger paycheck, overtime is available upon request based on business needs.
Production Associate Duties:
- Support in operating state-of-the-art woodworking/production machines
- Perform assembly duties using a scraper and other hand tools
- Perform quality control checks
- Lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout your shift
Schedule:
- A Shift: Sunday - Tuesday (Wednesday every other week) 5:30am-5:30pm OR
- B Shift: Thursday - Saturday (Wednesday every other week) 5:30am-5:30pm
- Lunches and Breaks are paid for!
- No mandatory overtime but available upon request
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Entry-Level Production Associate Requirements:
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Willing to be flexible and problem solve
- Ability to lift 50lbs consistently with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and twist throughout the entirety of the shift
- Able to work 12 hour shifts
