Job Duties:

Monitor and coordinate daily tasks, projects, and activities
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to crew members
Provide appropriate resources, equipment, and supplies for the construction site
Emphasize the safe and correct use of equipment and machinery
Ensure adherence with local and state safety and health standards and regulations
Create and maintain project schedules and establish deadlines
Develop budgets and ensure projects remain within them
Identify and resolve problems and mistakes when they arise
Prepare progress reports and communicate them to managers and supervisors
Ensure projects have sufficient manpower
Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate workers
Ensure workers follow construction plans and blueprints

Experience running projects in the field as a foreman required.
