ABOUT ACCEL ENTERTAINMENTAccel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. SUMMARYThe primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: oversight of and participation in cleaning, refurbishing, repairing, testing, assembling, disassembling, and moving, video gaming terminals (VGT), redemption terminals (RT), Amusement Equipment, and Automated Teller Machines (ATM).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees and participates in VGT, Amusement equipment, ATM, and redemption machine cleaning, refurbishment, repair, testing, and preparation for shipment and field deployment
- Ensures that Request to Transport (RTT) policies are followed - Verifies serial numbers and IGB assigned numbers on equipment match paperwork, and ensures RTT paperwork is scanned, recorded, and sent to the Compliance department
- Oversees and assists with loading and unloading machines, equipment, and parts from transport vehicles
- Prepares and affixes labels and quality assurance checklists to VGTs with IGB & Serial numbers
- Utilizes Salesforce to look up and edit VGT status, configuration, and location
- Records and place software tracking labels on VGTs
- Oversees and conducts inventory audits of VGTs
- Assesses VGT appearance, condition, and history, and collaborates with the Customer Experience team to ensure assets are optimally paired with gaming locations
- Disassembles obsolete and/or damaged equipment, then cleans and/or tests removed parts
- Oversees and participates in keeping the warehouse clean and organized
- Operates Forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other labor saving equipment
- Performs other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS- Previous experience in warehouse management and logistics desired
- Previous experience servicing VGTs, RTs, Amusements, or ATMs desired
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Proficient with basic PC skills
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler's License from the Illinois Gaming Board
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT- Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear
- Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including calculating figures and use of a keyboard
- Occasionally required to lift/push weights up to 1100 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and outside weather conditions
- Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
