What You'll Do:

• Be a key member of our Global Systems Team, tackling strategic challenges and supporting systems worldwide.
• Install, configure, and maintain complex IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, virtualization, storage, and data protection systems.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure to optimize performance and resource allocation.
• Respond to IT incidents, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to SLAs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure system SOP accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing learning to expand your skillset and stay current with evolving technologies.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Expertise in data center hardware, server hardware (Cisco UCS a plus), and server operating systems (Windows & Linux).
• In-depth knowledge of data center virtualization (VMware Suite) and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Proficiency in managing enterprise communication systems (Exchange/O365, Teams), storage arrays, and data protection solutions.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS & Azure).
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to design creative solutions.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• A BS in IT or equivalent experience with relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, AWS, Linux).
• 5+ years of practical professional experience.
• Must currently live in Idaho or Utah (home-based role).
