**Associate Replenishment Buyer**

The FN Associate Replenishment Buyer will be Responsible for d riving the Test and ReOrder Model for assigned categories to ensure that the product that sells the best, most profitably, are reordered in a timely manner at the best possible cost and quality. Need to react fast in reorders to bring back the merchandise to the customers.
**Responsibilities**
* Establishes good vendor relations to get the best possible deliveries at optimum cost and best quality.
+ Call vendors on item availability
- In stock units by size and other color offerings
- Incoming stock / pre orders by size and delivery dates
- Custom cut dates and MOQs
+ Negotiates discounts/ best possible costs
+ Negotiates air costs if needed early
+ After receiving vendor information, presents recommendations to the Senior Replenishment Planner for approval.
+ After approval of information, keys purchase orders into the system and/ or uploads orders.
+ Recommends color/print expansion of core items/ key buys to Merchandise Directors.
+ Recommends counter sourcing with other vendors if facing problem deliveries.
+ Coordinates with Product Development if needed on core programs/key items.
* Reviews selling reports to keep track of how reorders are selling.
* Monitor program buys and core items to help manage the flow, i.e. move up or move back.
* Recommends promotional activity if needed to drive additional sales volume.
* Aware of fashion market trends.
* Aware of new current and emerging best practice within merchandising/buying.
* Any other duties assigned by management.
**Required Skills**
* BA/BS degree; or demonstrated skill in financial analysis
* Must have excellent time-management and organization skills. Consistently be able to make deadlines.
* Team player and open to dialogue
* Able to meet deadlines with little to no supervision
* Must be able to effectively communicate
* Advanced knowledge of retail math
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and quality control.
